This matter <br />should be discussed by the Council so that direction may be given to staff if any changes are to <br />be prepared for action by the City Council. it is my understanding that there are general <br />clean- <br />up matters that needto be addressed and that some tighter limitations on the timefor public <br />comment need to be prepared.
