On April 29, 1997, <br />the City of Coltopiposted a "Notice Inviting Bids" for this project. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Bid opening was held at 2:30 p.m. on May 19, 1997. A total of four bids were received. <br />A bid analysis is attached showing the prices quoted. The recommended vendor's price <br />is underlined. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />Funds are approved and available in the FY 96/97 `Budget, Community Development <br />Block Grant, Account Number 15-9323-93. <br />Randy Anstine, ighborhood Services Director <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends bid award to W.C.M. and Associates, 1904 Riverview Drive, San <br />Bernardino, CA., in the amount of $8,700. <br />Item No. 15 <br />
