Cook <br />Subject: `Toting Delegate for the League of California Cities <br />COUNCIL MEETING OF AUGUST 17,1999 <br />It is important that all cities be represented at the League of California Cities Annual Business <br />Meeting scheduled for October 12, 1999 in San Jose, California. Last year, I served as the <br />Voting Delegate and Mayor Karl Gaytan served as the Alternate Member. This year a new <br />member must be appointed and the form is attached.
