Recommend Denial <br />DATE: November 17,1999 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability <br />Claims against the City of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the City's Liability <br />Claims Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimants have filed a claim against the City. Evaluation of these claims reflect that these cases <br />would be highly questionable or no liability on the part of the City of Colton. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the above -listed claims be denied to commence with the Statute of <br />Limitations. <br />PREPARED BY: <br />Vicki Porter, Administrative Secretary <br />Attachment: Ward North America - Recommendation <br />Item #16 <br />
