Hutton, Public Works Director <br />G�(��� <br />SUBJECT: Final approval and acceptance of Tract No. 14391-2, <br />Osborne Development Corporation located on S.E. corner of <br />Meridian and William McGrath —50 Lots <br />DATE: May 25, 1999 <br />Tract 14391-2 is a residential development, located on the easterly side of Meridian Avenue at <br />William McGrath. The development consists of 50 single family residential lots. This tract was <br />constructed by Osbome Development Corporation. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />All conditions of approval and off-site improvements have been completed. The Engineer of <br />record has installed the required survey monumentation and submitted the be notes for Public <br />Works files. The Developer is requesting final acceptance of the infrastructure of this tract and <br />to start the one year material guarantee maintenance period. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />Staff recommends that Council accept Tract 14391-2 as 100% complete and authorize the <br />release of the street improvement bonds upon receipt of the 10% maintenance bonds. <br />Report prepared by James R.
