CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />For City Council Meeting of June 1, 1999 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor & City Council <br />APPROVAL: Henry Garcia, City Manag=_C:r� <br />FROM: Dennis Morris, Human Resource Director'� <br />SUBJECT: Approval of the Salary Resolution and Ratification Of Employee Appointment To The <br />Full -Time Position Of Parks Crew Leader in the Neighborhood Services Division. <br />DATE: May 19,1999 <br />BACKGROUND, There is one (1) vacant Parks Crew Leader Position in the Neighborhood Services Division that <br />is in the approval stage of the new fiscal budget. Since the needs of the division have changed, the attached job <br />description for a Parks Crew Leader includes the essential function changes; the salary range is $2,309-2,807 per <br />month. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: Recruitment for said position will be conducted and an eligibility list established. After <br />July 1, 1999 the candidate will supervise the new Parks Division maintenance employees.
