HUTTON, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR <br />7;/ <br />SUBJECT: FINAL APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF PARCEL MAP <br />15385 FOR RECORDATION — U.S. EXPRESS, LOCATED <br />APPROXIMATELY 1000 FEET SOUTH OF AGUA MANSA <br />ON RIVERSIDE AVENUE — 2 PARCELS <br />DATE: April 24, 2000 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Parcel Map No. 15385 is a two parcel subdivision located approximately 1000 feet south of <br />Ague Manse road on the Easterly side of Riverside Avenue. <br />DISCUSSION: <br />The Parcel Map has been reviewed for conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and local <br />ordinances. The Map hereby abandons all streets and easements and that portion of the <br />Non -Vehicular access rights, pursuant to section 66499.20 '% of the Subdivision Map Act, as <br />shown within the boundary of the Parcel Map. A copy of the Parcel Map will be made available <br />at the council meeting. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: <br />None. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: <br />None <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve Parcel Map 15385 and authorize the <br />abandonment of the streets, easements, and that portion of the Non -Vehicular access rights <br />as shown within the boundary of the map. <br />Report prepared by James R.
