KANAYAN <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />DATE: APRIL 24, 2000 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The C.D.B.G. projects #104-21905, #104-22005, & 104-23105 and Julie / Grey <br />consist of the installation of missing curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway <br />approaches, handicap ramps and street pavement Rehabilitation. <br />The project was approved and awarded to WM. Kanayan Construction at an <br />estimated cost of $179,053.80. <br />During the course of the project, six change orders were necessary, increasing <br />the project additional work to $52,020.72 — see exhibit A — 1 through 8 <br />SUMMARY: <br />The contractor has completed the work as specified in the contract and a final <br />inspection has been performed.
