1! <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />111 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />231 <br />27 <br />M <br />Item #2 <br />ORDINANCE NO. x11-01 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON APPROVING A CHANGE OF ZONE FROM B- <br />P (BUSINESS PARK) TO I -P (INDUSTRIAL PARK) FOR <br />CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF <br />COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the Colton Community Development Department filed an <br />application on May 3, 2001, File Index No. DGZ-35-01, requesting a change of zone B -P <br />(Business Park) to I -P (Industrial Park) ("Application") for certain property located north and <br />south of Fairway Drive, between San Bernardino County Flood Control, east to Colton city <br />limits (Assessor Parcel No's. 164-181-08. 09, Portion of 12, 164-182-38, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, <br />48, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 164-201-01, 02, 06, 08, 09, 164-202-09, 35, 46, 49, 50, 51, 52, <br />164-281-01, 02, Portion of 9, Portion of 11) (`Subject Site") in the City of Colton, County of <br />San Bernardino; <br />WHEREAS, the Application was reviewed, studied, and found to comply with <br />the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") as more fully described below; <br />WHEREAS, on July 10, 2001, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton <br />(`Planning Commission") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at <br />which time all persons wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and <br />the Application was fully studied; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted a Resolution recommending <br />approval of this Zone Change to the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, on August 7, 2001, the City Council of the City of Colton (`City <br />Council") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which time all <br />-I- <br />
