CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF December 18, 2001 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Dilu de Alwis, Finance Director p <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of claim against the City submitted by Edward Ventura. <br />Recommend Denial. <br />DATE: December 5, 2001 <br />Item #11 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability <br />Claims against the City of Colton, the attached report has been received from the City's Liability <br />Claims Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />The above Claimant has filed a claim against the City.
