Barrera, City Clerk �/�' <br />SUBJECT: Possible Conflict of Interest Disclosures for the City of Colton <br />Council Meeting of July 16, 2002 <br />DATE: July 10, 2002 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In addition to other provisions of law that prohibit City Council members from having <br />financial interest in City contracts, the City Council has adopted Ordinance No. 0-16-01, <br />which requires City Councilmembers to disclose, during open session, any gifts <br />aggregating $50.00 or more that he or she has received or been promised from a party <br />or participant in any proceeding before the City Council involving a license, permit, <br />contract or other entitlement.
