CITY OF COLTON <br />AGENDA REPORT <br />FOR COUNCIL MEETING OF May 20, 2003 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Dilu de Alwis, Finance Director <br />Item #10 <br />SUBJECT: Consideration of claims against the City submitted by: Darral Anderson, Mike & <br />Alva Araiza, Grace Arrieta, Jerry & Janice Bailey, Manuel Delgado, Wallace <br />Manns, Teri Mellor, Carlos Palomino Jr., Jeffrey Soria, and Camille Suarez. <br />Recommend denial. <br />DATE: May 13, 2003 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability Claims <br />against the City of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the City's Liability Claims <br />Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimants have filed a claim against the City.
