RECOMMEND DENIAL. <br />DATE: SEPTEMBER 29, 2003 <br />BACKGROUND: <br />In accordance with the procedures adopted to insure proper and efficient handling of Liability <br />Claims against the City of Colton, the attached reports have been received from the City's Liability <br />Claims Administrator. <br />DISCUSSION/ANALYSIS: <br />Claimants have filed claims against the City.
