NOTICE AND CALL OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY <br />AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY FOR THE <br />CITY OF COLTON AND TO THE CITY CLERK: <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment/Colton Utility Authority <br />for the City of Colton Joined is hereby called pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, to be held <br />Wednesday, June 16, 2004, at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, <br />California. <br />MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PUBLIC COMMENT: <br />Limit 5 Minutes <br />Any person may address the City Council at this time on any subject within the jurisdiction of the City of Colton; <br />however, any matter that requires action will be referred to Staff for investigation and report at a subsequent Council <br />Meeting. <br />Persons desiring to submit paperwork to the City Council Members shall provide copy of any paperwork to the City <br />Clerk for the Official Record. <br />If you challenge the City's proposed actions in court, you may be limited to raising those issues that you or someone <br />else raised at the public hearing described in this Agenda, or in any written correspondence delivered to the City on or <br />prior to the public hearing. <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the following matters: <br />1.
