303 <br />City Manager Elliott stated that it would be very difficult to obtain <br />all of the necessary information and data in that period of time, and <br />Staff would need additional time in which to complete their report. <br />Councilman Rehrer stated that he would withdraw his motion and <br />Councilman Rios stated he would withdraw the second. <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, to refer <br />the matter of Refuse Rates back to Staff for additional information <br />and costs involved, and report back to the City Council at a later <br />date. Unanimous vote. <br />Community Services <br />Automotive Shops <br />Mr. McGee reported on a request for Transfer of Funds in the amount of <br />$2,000, to cover expenses associated with Automotive Shops operations. <br />After discussion, moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Council- <br />woman Garcia, to approve Resolution No. 4299. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4299 - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON AMENDING THE 1982-83 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET. <br />NORAL COMMUNICATIONS: <br />D Mr. Walter Skelly spoke to the City Council regarding a problem of <br />Q trash from other areas strewn around, or being blown around, the <br />Q City of Colton, causing an unsightly appearance and a health hazard. <br />City Manager Elliott referred this matter to Acting Police Chief Paul <br />Connolly, stating he would check into this. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Moved by Councilman Rehrer, seconded by Councilman Rios, and unani- <br />mously passed, Mayor Huntoon adjourned the meeting at 8:17 p. m. <br />HELEN A.
