There will be no separate discussion on these <br />items prior to the time the City Council votes on the motion to adopt <br />unless Members of the Council, Staff, or the public request specific <br />items be discussed and/or removed from the CONSENT CALENDAR for <br />�-, separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held July 21, <br />1987, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 61172 through 61521, and Nos. <br />132835 through 132957, (July 29, 1987) inclusive, as recom- <br />mended by the Asst. City Manager. <br />(3) Bids - Waiver of Bid Security requirement of the Municipal <br />Code when requesting quotations on Vehicles. <br />(4) Bids - Award of Bid, Checkpoint Systems, Inc., $9,769, for a <br />Library Security System. <br />(5) Bids - Award of Bid, A. B. Chance Company, $7,770.86, for <br />Transformers. <br />(6) Personnel - Approval of title change for Equipment Maintenance <br />Supervisor and Streets Maintenance Supervisor. <br />(7) Personnel - Set Public Hearing, Tuesday, August 18, 1987, <br />amending the Pay & Classification Plan to include Program <br />Specialist. <br />1 <br />
