There will be no separate discussion <br />on these items prior to the time the City Council votes on the <br />motion to adopt, unless Members of the Council, Staff or the <br />public request specific items be discussed and/or removed from <br />the CONSENT CALENDAR for separate action. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting held February <br />3, 1987, as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Approval of Warrants - Nos. 57186 through 57461, and Nos. 129749 <br />through 129978 inclusive, (February 11, 1987) as recommended by the <br />Assistant City Manager for Administrative Services. <br />(3) Bids - Rejection of Bid in the amount of $18,480, for Civic <br />Center Restroom Renovation. Bid far exceeded the estimate. <br />(4) Bids - Award of Bids, McGraw -Edison Company, $10,845.92; RTE <br />Corporation, $5,346.66; WESCO Utility, $5,727.18; for Trans- <br />formers. <br />(5) Bids - Authorization to go to Bid for the construction of the <br />Fogg Street Extension, Phase I. <br />(6) Permits - Approval of Encroachment Permit for Southern Pacific <br />Pipeline for Acacia Avenue, Eucalyptus Avenue, Meridian Avenue, <br />3rd, 4th, and 5th Streets, and Hunts Lane. <br />(7) Bids/Proposals - Authorization to send Request for Proposals <br />to engineering firms for the analysis and design of traffic <br />signals at Mt.
