COUNCIL MEETING <br />MARCH 15, 1988 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on <br />the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, <br />Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />Invocation was given by Rev. Rod Pryor, Healing Waters Church. <br />unT.T reT T . <br />Council Members present were Rios, Cisneros, Rehrer, Garcia,* and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Benest, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and Deputy City Clerk Veralrud. Absent was City Clerk Ramos. <br />Councilwoman Garcia entered the Council Chambers at 7:40 p. m. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />March 1, 1988 <br />(2) Warrants <br />66738 through 66754, 66755 through 67089 <br />137576 through 137712 <br />(March 10, 1988) <br />(3) Bids <br />Rejection of Bids received covering Water Chemicals used by <br />the City of Colton for the period April 1, 1988 to March 31, <br />1989. <br />(4) Bids <br />Award of Bid, Marshall & Stevens, $45,000 for a Fixed Asset <br />Inventory and Property Valuation. <br />(5) Grants <br />Submission of California Library Services Act (CLSA) Library <br />Literacy Grant Application. <br />(6) Bids <br />Authorization to solicit Bids to purchase Specialized Library <br />Resources, study alternate methods of Library Automation and <br />approval of Budget Adjustment increasing the Human Services <br />Department Budget by $269156. <br />1 <br />
