COUNCIL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 18, 1990 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held <br />on the above given date at 7:30 p. m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />Mayor Gonzales led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Council Members present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy, and Mayor <br />Gonzales. Also present were City Manager Sotelo, City Attorney Edwards, <br />and Deputy City Clerk Veralrud. Absent was City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />December 4, 1990 <br />(2) Warrants <br />98813 - 99218 <br />164689 - 164812, 164813 - 165057 <br />December 13, 1990 <br />(3) Agreements <br />Power Sale Agreement between Idaho Power Company and the Cities <br />of Azusa, Banning, and Colton; Amendment No. 1 to said Agree- <br />ment; and Amendment No. 1 to the Supplemental Agreement. <br />(4 ) Contracts <br />Consider Contract for Financial Investigations relating to <br />Asset Seizures. <br />(5) Fees <br />Approval to proceed with final Design, NBS/Lowry, Project <br />Engineer, Project Area 3-5. <br />(6 ) Contracts <br />Award of Contract for 18 inch Rancho Avenue Sewer Line Re- <br />placement in the amount of $224,146, and Lake Cadena Lift <br />Station remediation in the amount of $328,800. <br />(7) Special Districts <br />Authorization to sell Parcel 2, Parcel Map #12446 to Colton <br />Joint Unified School District per Community Facilities Dis- <br />trict No. 89-1 Agreement, and approval of Joint Use Agreement <br />for School/Park site. <br />(8) Water Division <br />Approval of emergency repairs to Well #17 in the amount of <br />$18,054.65. <br />
