COUNCIL MEETING <br />DECEMBER 1, 1992 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given <br />date at 7.-35 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />M. <br />FLAG SALUTE. <br />After posting of the color, the Colton Police Department Explorer Post 245 Color Guard led <br />the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation was Offered by Chaplain Jim Stovall. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Roman, Cisneros, Rehrer, Lofy and Mayor Gonzales, Also <br />present were City Manager Lewis, City Attorney Brown and City Clerk Ramos. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />There is no discussion. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />Approval of Regular Meeting held November 17, 1992. <br />(2) Warrants <br />123847 through 123875; 123878 through 123883; 123888 through 124318; <br />182535 through 182734; 182736 through 182888, inclusive, November 25, <br />1992 <br />Approve Award of Bid for Substation Type Regulators for Electric Department. <br />Approve Award of Bid for Polyurathan Foam Roof System for Electric <br />Department Substation to the Bryant Organization, Inc., in the amount of <br />$11,000. <br />1 <br />
