REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />ADJOURNED JOINT MEETING MINUTES <br />December 13f 1993 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally gi en f an Ad Burne <br />joint Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of <br />Colton and the city Council of the City of Colton washeld on the <br />above given date at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, 650 ort La Cadena Driver Chairperson Csneres and Mayor <br />Gonzales presiding. <br />RDA ROLL CALL <br />Members present were Bennett,, Sandoval, Rios, Gonzales, Leek, <br />Beltran and Chairperson Cisneros. Also present were Executive <br />Director Young, Legal Counsel Biggs, Economic Development Director <br />Gabriel and Assistant Sectary Ramos. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL: <br />Councilme er present were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Cisneros, <br />Cook, Beltran and Mayer Gonzales. Also present were City Manager <br />Young, City Attorney Biggs i Economic Development Director Gabriel <br />and City Clerk Ramos <br />Plaza Las Glorlas Center <br />Economic Development Director Gabriel submitted two ordinances for <br />ons ' deration and adoption upon second reading. The first <br />ordinance is for consideration by the city Council and the second <br />ordinance is for consideration by the Redevelopment Agency. The <br />ordinances enact two sales and use tees for Plaza Lae Glorias <br />Center. <br />Mewed by payor/agency Member Gonzales, seconded <br />by <br />ou cil e mer/A emcy Member Sandoval,to adopt the two ordinancesas recommended by staff.
