SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON <br />UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />APRIL 27, 2004 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority of the <br />City of Colton was held at 4:14 p.m., on the above -given date in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, Mayor Bennett <br />presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on April 6, 2004, in compliance with <br />Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Zamora, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain (Present at 4:25 P.M.), <br />DeLaRosa (Present at 5:13 P.M.), Hernandez (Present at 4:27 P.M.), and Mayor Bennett. <br />Also present were City Manager Parrish and City Clerk Barrera. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />Mayor Bennett announced the City Council would meet in Closed Session regarding the <br />following items: <br />A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code section 54957 <br />Title: City Manager <br />At 4:15 P.M., Mayor Bennett adjourned the special meeting to Closed Session and at 5:16 <br />P.M., the meeting was reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />Mayor Bennett reported the City Council did meet in Closed Session and discussed the <br />items previously announced: <br />A. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFOMANCE EVALUATION <br />ACTION: There was no reportable action taken. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 5:17 P.M. Mayor Bennett declared the Special Meeting adjourned. <br />Carolina P.
