SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON <br />UTILITY AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />SEPTEMBER 8, 2004 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council/Redevelopment Agency/Colton Utility Authority of the <br />City of Colton was held at 4:10 p.m., on the above -given date in the Council Chambers of <br />City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, California, Councilmember <br />Chastain,Faciliator, presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on April 6, 2004, in <br />compliance with Government Code Section 54956. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Zamora, Ramos, DelaRosa and Chastain. Also present were <br />City Manager Parrish and Deputy City Clerk Espinoza. Absent were Mitchell, Pro Tempore <br />Hernandez and Mayor Bennett. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />Facilitator Councilmember Chastain announced the City Council would meet in Closed <br />Session regarding the following items: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Irma Rodriguez Moisa <br />Employee Organizations: Police Rank & File Association (CPOA). <br />At 4:11 P.M., Facilitator Councilmember Chastain adjourned the special meeting to Closed <br />Session and at 4:55 P.M., the meeting was reconvened with all members present as <br />heretofore. <br />Facilitator Councilmember Chastain reported the City Council did meet in Closed Session <br />and discussed the items previously announced: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />ACTION: There was no reportable action taken. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 4:56 P.M.
