COLTON CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED CLOSED SESSION <br />CITY COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES <br />June 16, 2004 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Closed Session Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date at 4:10 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were Zamora, Mitchell, Ramos, De La Rosa, Hernandez and Mayor <br />Bennett. CM Chastain arrived at 4:36 p.m. Also present were City Attorney Anderson, City <br />Manager Parrish, and Senior Deputy City Clerk Flores. <br />Said Special Meeting shall be for the purpose of studying and or taking action on the following <br />matters: <br />City Manager Parrish announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss: <br />CLOSED SESSION <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Anthony Arroyo <br />Employee Organizations: Police Dispatchers Association (CWA), and SBPEA General <br />Unit <br />C. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 <br />Title: City Manager <br />At 4:11 p.m. City Manager Parrish adjourned the meeting to Closed Session and at 6:08 p.m., <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Manager Parrish reported that the Council did meet in Closed Session and discussed Items <br />B and C with no reportable action. <br />B.
