CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />SEPTEMBER 7, 2004 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:03 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Hernandez presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Ramos, Chastain, Mayor Pro Tempore Hernandez, De <br />La Rosa, and Mayor Bennett. CM Zamora arrived at 5:12 p.m. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />Item(s) A, B and C and would return to discuss the balance of the closed session agenda Item <br />D at the end of Regular Meeting Agenda. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A.
