CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br />August 24, 2004 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Special Meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Colton was held on the above -given date at 4:05 p.m., with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were Zamora, Mitchell, Ramos, De La Rosa and Mayor Bennett. Also <br />present: Councilmember Hernandez arrived 4:09 p.m. and Chastain arrived at 4:08 p.m., City <br />Manager Parrish, Legal Counsel Irma Rodriguez Moisa, and Senior Deputy City Clerk Flores <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />Mayor Bennett announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss item <br />A. <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 <br />Agency Designated Representative: Anthony Arroyo <br />Employee Organizations: Executive Unit, Firefighters Association, Police Dispatchers <br />Association (CWA), Police Rank & File Association (CPOA), SBPEA General Unit, and <br />Police Management Association. <br />At 4:07 p.m., Mayor Bennett adjourned the meeting to Closed Session and at 6:00 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />Mayor Bennett reported that the Council did meet in Special Closed Session and discussed <br />Item A. <br />A.
