CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIL/REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />JUNE 7, 2005 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:13 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Ramos, Suchil, Chastain, Hernandez, and Mayor <br />Bennett. CM De La Rosa absent. <br />City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss items A through C. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. City of Colton, et al. <br />Case Number: San Bernardino County Superior Court Case No. SCVSS 036424 <br />City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:09 p.m. and at 6:07 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Item A and C. CM Mitchell recused himself from discussion on Item C as he is a <br />personal friend of the petitioner in the case. <br />A.
