ITEM #6 <br />CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COU NCI L/REDEVELOPM ENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />JUNE 21, 2005 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, a Regular Meeting was held on the above <br />given date at 5:02 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Bennett presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Ramos, Suchil, Chastain, and Mayor Bennett. CM De <br />La Rosa and Hernandez absent. <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />items A. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />Name of Case: Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton v. Colton Non -Profit Senior Housing, et al. <br />Case Number: San Bernardino, Superior Court Case No. SCVSS 114148 <br />City Attorney Derleth adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:03 p.m. and at 5:59 p.m.; <br />the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Regular Closed Session and <br />discussed Item A. <br />A.
