CITY OF COLTON <br />CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY <br />FEBRUARY 20, 2007 <br />Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:05 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Chastain presiding. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL <br />Councilmembers present were, Oliva, De La Rosa, Toro and Mayor Chastain. <br />It was announced that CM Suchil and Mitchell were in attendance of Closed Session. <br />City Attorney Martinez announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />discuss items A through C. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />A. Oakridge <br />Case Number: United States District Court Case No. EDCV 02-447 <br />Mayor Chastain adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:04 p.m. and at 6:14 p.m.; the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Martinez reported that the Council did meet and did confer in Closed Session on <br />the items previously announced with no reportable action on Item A and D, Item B was not <br />discussed as there is no updated information to present for discussion. Items C and E will be <br />discussed after the balance of the agenda. <br />A.
