CITY OF COLTON CLOSED SESSION - COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY/COLTON UTILITY AUTHORITY MARCH 6, 2007 Closed Session Meeting was held on the above given date at 5:05 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, with Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil presiding. CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL Councilmembers present were, Mitchell, Oliva, Toro and Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil. It was announced that Mayor Chastain was in attendance of Closed Session and CM De La Rosa was absent. City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss items A through D. CLOSED SESSION: A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) (threat of litigation) Number of Potential Cases: unknown (RMED) B. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8 Property: 0162-281-04, 0162-281-14, 0162-281-34 and 0162-281-52 Agency Negotiator: Mark Nuaimi, Assistant City Manager (RDA) Negotiating Parties: Gary Schafer, RETAIL DEVELOPMENT GROUP, LLC Under Negotiation: Price and terms of payment C. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code, Section 54957.6 Agency Representative: Daryl Parrish, City Manager Unrepresented Employee: Police Chief D. CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8 Property: 1201 South Rancho Avenue, Colton Agency Negotiators: Daryl Parrish; Eric Fraser Negotiating Parties: Jim Sullivan; Evan Williams Under Negotiation: Price and Terms of Lease Mayor Pro Tempore Suchil adjourned the meeting to Closed Session at 5:06 p.m. and at 6:15 p.m.; the meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore.
