That Section 6 of Ordinance No. 1090 shall be amended to <br />read as follows: <br />Section 6„ f any dog picked up by the Humane Officer, in accordance <br />with Section 4 of this Ordinance is claimed by any owner, the owner shall pay <br />to the City of Colton an apprehension fee of $34 00 (or such other sum as the <br />Cit Council may b Resolution City y y luta n determined together with any additional fee <br />levied by the City of Colton or the San Bernardino City Pound, <br />Section 2.
