1 ORDINANCE NO. 1142 <br />2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF COLTON, PROVIDING FOR <br />3 THE LEVY AND COLLECTION OF TAXES <br />FOR MUNICIPAL USES TO BE LEVIED <br />41 AND COLLECTED BY THE COUNTY OF <br />SAN BERNARDINO. <br />5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />I <br />61 <br />FOLLOWS: <br />7 <br />Section 1. That all assessments hereinafter made in the City of Colton <br />8� <br />for taxes for municipal purpose shall be made by the County Assessor of the <br />9�County of San Bernardino, State of California and that such taxes or assess - <br />10 <br />ments so made shall be collected by the Tax Collector of the County of San <br />ll <br />Bernardino, State of California. <br />12 <br />Section 2.
