ORDINANCE NO. 1156 <br />AN ORDINANCE RE CLASSIFYING PROPERTY <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DALTON AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />to wit: <br />SECTION ONE. That real property in the City of Colton described as follows, <br />A 40 foot wide lot situated on the west side of Holly Avenue, <br />and 335 feet south of Grant Avenue, between Grant and <br />North Hillcrest Avenue from R-1, One Family Residential <br />Zone to R-3, Multiple Family Residential Zone. <br />is hereby taken out of R-1 and reclassified and plaeed in R-3 zone. <br />SECTION TWO.
