CLAOPERTY BE IT ORDAINED BY T1 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION ONE., That real property in the City of Colton described as follows, to -wit'. CThose portions of Sections 34 and 35, `I'o-wnship 1 South,, Range 4 West, and Sections 2 and 3, Township 2 South, Range 4 e,st, San Bernardino Base and Meridian* lying inside the City Limits of the City of Colton described as the southwest 1/4 of Section 34; the southwest 114 of the northwest 1/4 Section. 34; the south 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 Section 35; the east 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 Section 2; the northwest 1t4 Section 3 and the southeast 1!4 Section 3 are hereby classi- fied and placed in R -F., Residential Estate Zine. 2 Those portions of Section: 35, Township l South, Range 4 West and Socti ns 2 and 3, Township 2 South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, lying inside the City Limits of the City of Colton, described as the North 1/2 of the south- west. 1/4 of Section 35; the west 1/2 of the northwest 1/4 Section 2 the northeast 114 Section 3`and the southwest 1/4 Section 2#i is hereby classified and placed in R -E -X (I acre); Zone: SECTION TWOO The City Clerk .shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Colton.
