City therefor, who may <br />auction any goods, wares or merchandise for purposes of winding up the attairs <br />of said business or for the purpose of closing out any special line of goods, <br />wares or merchandise or other personal property that may then be in stock or <br />in their possession at the r <br />_,ommencement of said auction at said place of busines <br />or place where said property is regularly kept without making a regular <br />practice of so doing or without adding to said stock to be, auctioned after the <br />commencement of said auction. <br />Section Two. That it is necessary that this ordinance should take e ttect <br />immediately in order for said ordinance to coincide and coordinate with the re- <br />maining provisions of Ordinance No. 412, and therefore, the passage of this <br />ordinance is an emergency matter, and it is hereby ordained that said ordinance <br />shall take effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the City Council <br />of the City of Colton <br />
