That real property in the City of Colton described <br />as follows, to wit:, <br />That portion of Lot 2, Block 66, R.S.B. as per plat recorded <br />in Book 7 of Maps, Page 2, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence north <br />759 feet; thence west 713.3 feet, thence south 759 feet; thence <br />east 713.3 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Excepting the right of way of the Atchison, Topeka and Santa <br />Fe Railroad <br />is hereby classified as Light Industrial, M-1 Zone. <br />SECTION TWO. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this <br />ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once in the Colton <br />Courier, a newspaper of general circulation within the City of Colton. <br />ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 21st day of June e 1966. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City <br />I HEREBY.
