3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />'15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />2.3 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1296 <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOESCORDAIN..'.AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION ONE: That a new section be added to Ordinance No. 412 <br />to be numbered Section 105-A. <br />SECTION 105-A: Every person, firm or corporation conducting or, <br />managing any public place where food or beverages are sold, offered <br />for sale or given away and where any form of live entertainment is <br />provided or furnished as defined in Ordinance No. 1293, shall pay <br />a License Fee of $100.00 per month payable quarterly in advance. <br />SECTION'T,wO: Every license issued as herein provided shall <br />terminate at the expiration of one year from the date of issuance <br />or failure to pay any quarter in advance and shall not be renewed <br />if objections to such renewal are made in writing by the Chief of <br />Police of the City of Colton or by the County Health Officer, pro- <br />vided in the opinion of the Chief of Police or County Health Officer <br />Igood cause exists, not to renew said license and they or either of <br />them shall file written objections thereto and the reasons therefor <br />with the City Council. <br />The City Council shall thereupon notify the licensee in writing <br />of the objections of the Chief of Police or County Health Officer <br />and his or their reasons therefor. <br />In the event the licensee is aggrieved by such objections he <br />shall, within 10 days after service on him thereof, file with the <br />City Clerk of the City of Colton a written notice of appeal to the <br />
