That real property in the City of <br />Colton described as follows, to wit: <br />South 100 feet of Lots 9 and 10, <br />Block 28, Colton Addition M.B. <br />6%10; <br />is hereby taken out of R-3, Multiple Family Residential, and re <br />classified and placed in C-1, Neighborhood Commercial, zone. <br />SECTION TWO. The City Clerk shall certify to the <br />passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published <br />once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper of general circulation <br />within the City of Colton. <br />ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 4th day of April, 1967. <br />P S CUAL S.
