pin <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1305 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />REGULATING THE CONSTRUCTION, EREC- <br />TION, USE, HEIGHT, AND MAINTENANCE <br />OF FENCES IN THE CITY OF COLTON. <br />The City Council does ordain as follows: <br />Section I. Definitions. The meaning of terms set <br />forth herein shall have the meaning as defined in the Zoning <br />Ordinance. <br />Section II. Fence Classification. All fences and <br />block walls in the City of Colton, whether constructed or of <br />natural growth, shall be classified as follows: <br />13 1 <br />14 material. <br />15 <br />16 j <br />material. <br />17 <br />(a) Class 1. Masonry, cement, or similar type <br />(b) Class 2. Ornamental iron or similar type <br />(c) Class 3. Woven wire with either wood or metal <br />18 <br />19 posts. <br />20,, (d) Class 4. Wooden pickets where at least 75'/ of <br />21,1 the area remains open or similar type materials or construction. <br />22 (e) Class 5. Wooden materials where less than 75% <br />231 <br />of the area remains open or similar type materials or construction, <br />24 <br />(f) Class 6. All fences not otherwise classified <br />25 II <br />directly or indirectly, including hedges or other objects of <br />26 III <br />2711 natural growth, creating an enclosure or sight restrictive object. <br />2811 Section III.
