That Ordinance No. 785 and amendment <br />thereto an ordinance regulating dispensing of motor fuels in <br />filling stations, garages and public service stations is hereby <br />repealed. <br />Section Two. This ordinance shall bein force and <br />take effect as provided by law. <br />Section Three. The City Clerk shall certify to <br />the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be <br />published once in the Colton Courier, a newspaper hereby design- <br />ated for the purpose. <br />PASSED, ADOPTED and APPROVED this 16th day of Jan- <br />uary 1968. <br />i <br />PAS CUAL S.
