That Section 3 entitled Changes of Ordinance <br />No. 1074, is hereby amended to read: <br />Name of Street or <br />Portion affected <br />East "F" from Warm Creek to <br />East City Limits <br />South Third Street and River- <br />side Road, from "0" Street to <br />La Cadena Drive <br />Reche Canyon Road within City <br />Limits <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date. <br />Declared Prima Facie <br />Speed Limit <br />45 MPH <br />3 5 MPH <br />45 MPH <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect thirty days <br />after final passage. <br />SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 1131 is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4.
