That real property in the City of Colton <br />described as follows, to wit; <br />Lots 17, 18, and 19 Block 158, Town of Colton <br />in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino, <br />State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 9 <br />of Maps, Page 37, Records of said County. <br />is hereby taken out of R-1, single Family Residential, and <br />reclassf ied and placed in Two -Family Residential, R-2 <br />zone. <br />SECTION TWO.
