The City Council finds and declares: <br />s <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on two Zone <br />District Amendment applications to amend Section 303 and 304 <br />of Ordinance 964 as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed amendments and the zone reclassifica- <br />tions of certain parcels of land in accordance with and pursuant <br />to said applications. <br />3. That said parcels are delineated and the recommend- <br />ed action appropriately shown and for convenience is reference <br />indexed on maps numbered as follows: <br />(a) Map 4817-8 Index No. A-14-68 <br />i} "R-3" Multiple Family Residential Zone to <br />iI11C-2" General Commercial Zone <br />i (b) Map 4816-8 Index No. A-16-68 <br />�I <br />"R-1" Single Family Residential Zone to <br />II <br />"C-2" General Commercial Zone <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendations of. the <br />Planning Commission. <br />SECTION TWO. The zone reclassifications herein above <br />referred to are hereby approved and the Planning Director is <br />hereby directed to amend the Official Zoning Maps of the City <br />
