The City Council finds and declares: <br />1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on two <br />Zone District Amendment applications to amend Section 303 and <br />304 of Ordinance 964 as amended. <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />adoption of the proposed amendments and the zone reclassifi- <br />cations of certain parcels of land in accordance with and <br />pursuant to said applications. <br />3. That said parcels are delineated and the recommended <br />action appropriately shown and for convenience is reference <br />indexed on maps numbered as follows: <br />(a) Map 4817-31 5, 60 8 Index No. A-17-68 <br />4818-7 <br />R-11 R-21 R -2-X, R-3, C-1, C-2, M-1 and M-2 <br />zones to FP -1 and FP -2, Flood Plain Zone. <br />(b) Map 4817-11, 4826-B1 Index No. A-18-68 <br />R-1 Single Family Residential zone to M-1 <br />Light Manufacturing zone and M-2 Heavy <br />Manufacturing zone. <br />4. That a public hearing has been duly and legally held <br />by the City Council on the aforesaid recommendations of the <br />Planning Commission. <br />
