ORDINANCE NO. 1341 <br />I <br />1 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF COLTON, AMENDING <br />II ORDINANCE NO. 9601, AS AMENDEDe AND PROVIDING <br />21!,1 FOR CERTAIN ZONE RECLASSIFICATIONS, <br />I <br />31 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />4 ' OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS <br />5!; SECTION ONE. The City Council finds and declares: <br />�I <br />6 I!1 1. That a public hearing has been duly and legally <br />i <br />rt � <br />held by the Planning Commission of the City of Colton on two <br />Zone District Amendment applications to amend Section 303 and <br />9' <br />304 of Ordinance 964 as amended. <br />10 <br />2. That said Planning Commission has recommended the <br />11 <br />12 adoption of the proposed amendments and the zone reclassifi- <br />13 cations of certain parcels of land in accordance with and <br />141 pursuant to said applications. <br />1.5 3. That said parcels are delineated and the recommended <br />1611 is reference <br />action appropriately shown and for convenience <br />17 <br />indexed on maps numbered as follows: <br />18 <br />(a) Map 4817-7, 9 Index L10 . A-1-69 <br />! <br />;� 0 R-1 zone to M -1-X zone: <br />i <br />21 :1 1. A 10 foot building setback shall be provided <br />11 along the street frontage of Rancho Avenue <br />22, and "0" Street. <br />23 <br />2. The building setback described in No. 1 above <br />24 <br />shall be landscaped. <br />25 i <br />3. A minimum 6 foot solid wall shall be provided <br />along the building setback line on "0" Street. <br />26 <br />4. No lot access shall be provided along "O" Street. <br />271 <br />281 5.
