1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 ORDINANCE NO. 0-14-05 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON APPROVING A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO BP (OFFICE/BUSINESS PARK) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1220 AND 1228 CENTER DRIVE IN THE CITY OF COLTON: DAP NO. 000-396 WHEREAS, City of Colton Community Development Department filed an application (File No. DAP -000-396) requesting a zone change from R-1 (Single Family Residential) to BP (Office/Business Park) ("Application") for property located at 1220 and 1228 Center Drive (Assessor Parcel Nos. 0276-162-08 and 09-0000) in the City of Colton, County of San Bernardino ("Subject Site"); and WHEREAS, the Application was reviewed, studied, and found comply with the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") as more fully described below; WHEREAS, on July 12, 2005, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton ("Planning Commission") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which time all persons wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and the Application was fully studied; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted a Resolution recommending approval of this Application to the City Council; WHEREAS, on August 2, 2005, the City Council of the City of Colton ("City Council") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which time all persons wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and the Application was fully examined; and WHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have occurred; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS II FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
