1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 0-14-05 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />COLTON APPROVING A ZONE CHANGE FROM R-1 (SINGLE <br />FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO BP (OFFICE/BUSINESS PARK) <br />FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1220 AND 1228 CENTER <br />DRIVE IN THE CITY OF COLTON: DAP NO. 000-396 <br />WHEREAS, City of Colton Community Development Department filed an <br />application (File No. DAP -000-396) requesting a zone change from R-1 (Single Family <br />Residential) to BP (Office/Business Park) ("Application") for property located at 1220 and 1228 <br />Center Drive (Assessor Parcel Nos. 0276-162-08 and 09-0000) in the City of Colton, County of <br />San Bernardino ("Subject Site"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Application was reviewed, studied, and found comply with the <br />California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA") as more fully described below; <br />WHEREAS, on July 12, 2005, the Planning Commission of the City of Colton <br />("Planning Commission") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which <br />time all persons wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and the <br />Application was fully studied; <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission adopted a Resolution recommending <br />approval of this Application to the City Council; <br />WHEREAS, on August 2, 2005, the City Council of the City of Colton ("City <br />Council") conducted a duly noticed public hearing on the Application at which time all persons <br />wishing to testify in connection with the Application were heard and the Application was fully <br />examined; and <br />WHEREAS, all other legal prerequisites to the adoption of this Resolution have <br />occurred; <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON DOES ORDAIN AS <br />II FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Based on the entire record before the City Council, all written and <br />oral evidence presented to the City Council, and the findings set forth in this Ordinance, the City <br />
