RESOLUTION NU1JBER 1210 The Southern Finance Service Company having filed with the City Council of the City of Colton a petition for the cancellation of taxes assessed on certain parcels of real property which were Included in the 1915 Bond Act Negotiations and it appearing to the satisfaction of the said City Council that good cause exists therefor, and that said cancellation has been approved in writing by the City Attorney it is by the said Council RESOLVED: That taxes for the year 1913, 1914 and 1915 together with penalties and cost accrued thereon, which have been levied upon Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 Blk. 97, Town of Colton, County of San Bernardino, State of California, as per plat recorded in Book 9, Page 37, records of San Bernardino County and Lot 75, Blk. 10, Lothian Sub, which are now unpaid, be and the same are hereby cancelled, and the City Treasurer of the City of Colton is hereby directed to cancel the said taxes of record.
