n <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1267 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF COLTON FIXING STANDARD FOR COMPUTING NUMBER <br />OF WORKING DAYS IN A WORKING MONTH FOR MONTHLY <br />EMPLOYERS OF THE CITY OF COLTON <br />2 WHEREAS, there has arisen certain uncertainties in reference <br />3 to the computation for purposes of figuring payments for overtime <br />4 and for purposes of figuring deductions for days of unauthorized <br />5 absence for monthly employees of the City of Colton, other than <br />e Police and Fire Department employees. <br />WHMMS, ` the City Council is desirous of establishing a <br />8 standard system for computing the number of3working days in a <br />9 working month for said.purposea <br />10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED <br />11 THAT twenty-two, (22), working days :shall be considered for <br />12 such purposes and regardless of the" in which it Iaay <br />13 occur, 1/22 of one month's pay shall be` paddy `,' for each day of <br />14 authorized overtime worked andl/22 of one mouth's pay shall be <br />15 deducted for each day of unauthorized absence, unless otherwise <br />1s ordered by,the City Council of the City of Colton. <br />17 PASSED,AD4PTED AND APPROVED this lst day of .July, 1946 <br />18 <br />A.
