1 2 3 4 S 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 18 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 28 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 1272 WHEREAS there has bean constructed and installed a sewer system along and upon the following named streets in the City of Colton, to -wit: Valencia Drive in Sunset Heights in Tract No. 2601 and 26+7. WHEREAS the entire cost of constructing the said sewer system was paid by the owners of a large proportion of the property adjacent to and fronting upon said street. WHEREAS the owners of the following parcels of ladd, to -wit: Lot 3 in block 24 and all of the property located on the east side of Valencia except lots 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 in Tract No. 2647 have paid no sums whatsoever toward the cost of said sewer installation. WHEREAS the owners who have paid for said installation have now dedicated and turned over the said sewer system to the City of Colton and the same is now a part of the general sewer system of said City. WHEREAS the City Council desires to fix a connecting charge for connecting to the sewer system which is fair and equitable to hall concerned. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the regular connecting charge of $2.00 shall be paid by the owners of all parcels of land whose owners or predecessors in interest paid their share of the cost of said sewer system. That a charge of $50.00 shall be paid for each and every connection made to said sewer system from or to those parcels of la specifically mentioned herein before whose owners or previous owner have not paid their proportionate share of the cost of installing the isaid system. That all other rules, laws and regulations pertaining to this matter shall not be effected in any manner save and excepting as otherwise mentioned herein.
