E 9 10 11 12 13, 14 15. 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 RESOLUTION NO. 3562 1 A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE TCOLTON FINDING AND DECLARING THAT THE PUBLICINTOERESST AND NECESSITY OF THE CITY OF COLTON REQUIRES THE AC 3 SITION OF A PUBLIC UTILITY EXTENSION AND PUBLICQUI IMPROVEMENT CONSISTING OF ELECTRIC LIGHT, HEAT I AND POWER_LINES AND WORKS LOCATED ON HERMOSA AVENUE "C" STREET -AND MERIDIAN AVENUE IN THE CITY OF COLTON i AND THE INTENTION OF THE CITY TO ACQUIRE SUCH PROPERTY IN EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO COMMENCE AN ACTION IN THE SUPERIOR COURT FOR THE PURPOSE OF ACQUIRING SAID PROPERTY BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The public interest and necessity Colton and the inhabitants .thereof, require of the .City of q e .the acquisition of a public Utility extension and public improvement consisting of electric and power lines and works located in the City of Colton a light, heat, described as follows: and in the area f Commencing at a point on the Colton City limits ( line (which line is parallel to, and in the vicinity of the Southern Pacific Rail Road right Of way) that intersects the North line of the right of way of OliveStreet; Then South along said City limits line to a point on said line which intersects the extension of the South Right of Way line of Colton Avenue; Thence West along said Right of Way line to the Center line of Meridian Avenue; Thence North along said Center line to a point on said line which is 130 feet South of the Center line of Olive Street; Thence West and parallel to the Center line of Olive Street 210 'feet; Thence North and parallel to Meridian Avenue 130 feet more or less to the Center line of Olive Street; Thence East along the Center line of Olive Street 210 feet more or less to the Center line of Meridian Avenue; Thence North along the Center line of Meridian Avenue 330 feet; Thence East and parallel to the Center line of Olive Street 660 feet; Thence South and parallel to Meridian Avenue 330 feet more or less to the North Right of Way line Of Olive Street; Thence East along said Right of Way line to the Point of Beginning.
